This website contains all the information you need about the day
General Information
Below please see all the general information you should need!
Schedule
Our ceremony at Waterfront Community Church will begin at 12:30pm.
We kindly ask guests to arrive by 12:15pm to allow time to be seated before the ceremony starts. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to join us for coffee and cake.
Travel & Parking
Please note that the Swansea Air Show is taking place on the same day. Some roads may be closed, and traffic and parking may be busier than usual, so we recommend allowing extra time for both driving and parking.
There is very limited parking directly outside the church. Additional parking is available in the dentist’s car park next door; guests must collect a yellow parking ticket from one of the ushers on arrival to avoid receiving a fine.
Alternatively, parking is available at the Village Hotel Swansea, located next door at Langdon Road, Fabian Way, Swansea SA1 8QY, which offers up to four hours of free parking. Please also see the parking available at SA1 View SA1 Parking
Gift Registry
Celebrating our wedding with the people we love is the most important thing to us, and your presence on the day is more than enough. However, for those who have kindly asked, we have created a gift registry with items we would love as we begin married life together.
Dress Code
Our dress code is Cocktail / Summer Formal, so feel free to take this as your sign to dress up, feel good, and celebrate in style. Most importantly, we want you to feel great and enjoy the day with us.
Swansea Air Show & Road Closures
Please note the Swansea Air Show is taking place on the same day as our wedding. Some roads may be closed and traffic and parking may be busier than usual, so we recommend allowing extra time for travel.
If you’re driving, we suggest checking your route on the morning and following any temporary diversion signs where necessary.
